Discuss a site license
Trial use. A free 30-day evaluation licence is available from the Free Trial page. It is the complete product with no feature restrictions, and the 30 days start when you activate. When the evaluation ends the Squid service stops starting until a commercial licence is activated, so a commercial licence is required before putting Squid Proxy Professional into production.

Licensing questions

What does "perpetual" mean?

You can keep using the version of Squid Proxy Professional you licensed indefinitely. Updates beyond the included update period require a renewal.

What does "1 installation" mean?

One installed copy of Squid Proxy Professional on one Windows machine. Move-to-replacement-machine is supported through the activation system.

Can I use it commercially?

Yes. The license explicitly permits commercial use of the management console, installer, and bundled Windows Squid build for the licensed installation count.

What about the GPL components?

The bundled Squid build remains under the GNU General Public License. See Open Source Notices for source availability and licensing details.

Do you offer refunds?

A free 30-day evaluation licence is provided so you can assess the product fully before purchase. Specific refund terms are documented in the licensing agreement provided at purchase.
